Mrs. Temitope Sejiro Aladesanmi is a devoted professional, a loving wife and mother, and a passionate advocate for service to others. A graduate of Business Administration from the esteemed University of Lagos, she has built a distinguished career in Human Resources and early childhood education. With years of experience and a heart for nurturing others, she seeks to create lasting, positive impacts on individuals and families, especially children, by embodying God’s love and grace in all that she does.

Mrs. Aladesanmi has Master’s in Advanced Behavioral Analytics (ABA) at Penn State University expanding her expertise in behavioral science to better support children and families. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, she provides compassionate care and evidence-based interventions, supporting children and their families in meaningful ways. Her education in ABA is a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to understanding and fostering positive behavioral outcomes in children.

Beyond her professional career, Mrs. Aladesanmi is a dedicated servant leader. She serves as the Vice President of Dignity of Womanhood, a women’s ministry dedicated to empowering women to walk in their God-given purpose. She also held the position of HR Manager at New Leaf Radio, an online gospel station spreading the message of Christ across the globe.

 Her faith and commitment to community service are exemplified through her volunteer work with schools, churches, and also at The Parkesburg Point a faith-based organization that ministers to young children, teenagers, and young adults. Through all her endeavors, Mrs. Aladesanmi strives to honor God by serving others and demonstrating Christ’s love, compassion, and grace.

 Outside of her professional roles and ministry work, she is a devoted wife and mother, cherishing her family as a precious gift from God. Her life is guided by her faith, and she continues to grow in her mission to touch lives with love, service, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
